Truly enjoyed having delicious breakfast.

We had well-maintained and air conditioned rooms with a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator.

The Holiday Inn Orlando-Disney Springs Area was an amazing stay! The suite was impeccable, with crisp white linens and a small balcony that offered a stunning view of the Disney World fireworks. The hotel's location within the Walt Disney World Resort was perfect for our family adventure, and the poolside views were just mesmerizing.

Paying to park was a slight downside. I understand it's a common practice, but it would have been even better if parking was complimentary.

the hotel is located within 10 min walk to Disney Downtown. The Disney downtown has a lot of shops, restaurants and stages for live performances.There are buses leaving from the hotel front door to Disney World Parks. That way your transportation to Pak's is taken care of. The hotel has a heated pool where we could relax and recover after a long day at Disney world parks. The location close to the parks, Disney Springs and the lake Buena vista road in the middle of everything was excellent.the piece of resistance was the fact that you have early park hours and on top of it free transport buses to the parks.perfect. Loved the Disney store in the lobby. the room was spotless and spacious with a super nice closet and mini fridge. Loved the bathroom with toiletries and plenty of towels. Internet access and luggage storage when i checked off early so I could go to the parks before my flight that day.that was awesome.gave me an extra day. The room was clean, maid service was awesome!!! the breakfast was worth the money spent and they have a lady that comes around making balloons for the kids. No one knew that the lady has to be paid tip. would be nice to know before hand as we never carry cash. we had to pay for parking and we didn't use the shuttle for Disney. The reason we booked was that with little kids we didn't want to run around looking for breakfast and the fireworks which were too far for the extra charge.

I chose Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs™ Area, An Ihg solely for its location near Walt Disney World Resort. However, the friendliness of all the staff made our stay from start to finish very enjoyable. The outdoor dining options, from poolside to covered patio with a walk-up bar, were fantastic. I also loved the small herb garden run by the head chef for extra freshness in the kitchen.

Requested highest floor, got 6th.

The room itself was recently renovated with a fridge, a Disney Springs view and microwave provided. The location was amazing and the staff was absolutely excellent during the whole stay!

Free parking and delicious and plentiful breakfast with a great omelette station. Great location in the Disney Thanksgiving parade, good for visiting Orlando. Based short walk to all the attractions as well as many restaurants.

By and large, it was great value and reasonably priced place with dedicated staff from all the other staff members here.

Dedicated, knowledgeable staff that helped us with everything. The location of this hotel near to restaurants and stores, and Disney Springs shops was particularly good and absolutely perfect. Also, we could reach Characters in Flight by walking, it’s only 1 km away.

The restaurant here was nice for his outstanding service, we both ordered delicious dishes. It had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators. The room was recently refurbished, the location was wonderful central. You could walk to several stores and gift shops.

The bed was much too soft, unfortunately.

Efficient personnel is from all the other staff members here. The room is reasonably priced.

During my stay at Holiday Inn, I thoroughly enjoyed the heated zero depth entry pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The hot tub was an added bonus, and the recreation area with ping pong, corn hole, and hop scotch provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the variety of activities available, and the lap lane was great for getting in some exercise. The pool area was a highlight of my trip, and I would definitely return for another enjoyable stay.

Sure, $12 for parking might sting like a sunburn, and hiccups with housekeeping can be a bit like a wild gator chase. despite the toothpaste hunt and towel tumble, the sun still shines bright on this Orlando gem—all part of the adventure.

The hotel staff were eager to help and assisted with private parking. The service offered was outstanding.

The value of staying close to Disney Springs was mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly, going above and beyond to make my little one smile after a small issue. The hotel had great amenities, with fun games like corn hole and table tennis. The location was excellent, close to the parks and with free transport buses. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a super nice closet and mini fridge. Uyen at the bar was excellent, making our experience comical and accommodating. The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable, and the pool area was clean with plenty of umbrellas. The food was above average, with flavorful and tender steaks. We'll definitely stay again in the future.
